Stu and Val worked so incredibly hard on creating the perfect ring and making my vision come to life! No detail was untouched or unnoticed, including my pretty particular desires for the center stone. They kept me in the loop the entire way, sending me mockups and visuals, and making sure I was completely happy through every step until production. When I received my ring, it was STUNNING! I get so many compliments. I’ve also purchased various other items from Hidden Gem (another ring, and a bracelet), and each piece has been just as beautiful as the last. They are incredible at what they do!

They designed a custom necklace for my wife from a reclaimed family heirloom ring. They incorporated the diamonds exquisitely into the necklace while including an additional lab created diamond to match the setting. This turned out better than I expected. We wanted a ring for my mom that represented me and my sister, along with our 2 daughters. We went with each of our birthstones and my moms in the middle. Hidden Gem was so patient with me as we found the right design and was beautiful. I had a custom made emerald and white sapphire ring made on yellow gold and it is absolutely gorgeous! Val was so responsive and helped develop different types of settings until we landed on the one.
