They designed a custom necklace for my wife from a reclaimed family heirloom ring. They incorporated the diamonds exquisitely into the necklace while including an additional lab created diamond to match the setting. From start to finish they kept us informed of the status and every process that went into the creation. On top of all that, they were very affordable compared to the competition. Highly recommend!!!

This turned out better than I expected. We wanted a ring for my mom that represented me and my sister, along with our 2 daughters. We went with each of our birthstones and my moms in the middle. Hidden Gem was so patient with me as we found the right design and was beautiful. I had a custom made emerald and white sapphire ring made on yellow gold and it is absolutely gorgeous! Val was so responsive and helped develop different types of settings until we landed on the one.
