Please note that all pieces are made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks before an item is shipped. For example in total an item with standard shipping will take 7 to 14 days to make then 5 to 7 days to ship so in total 13 to 21 days.
At Hidden Gem Jewelry, we understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. That's why we offer a range of shipping options to ensure your package arrives when you need it. Please note that all standard shipping is included in the purchase price. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be longer than usual.
Our standard shipping option takes approximately 5-7 business days, and our priority shipping option takes 2-3 business days. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that taxes and weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping estimates.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but please note that Hidden Gem Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact your local postal service. Once your package has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier for updates on your package. As for international addresses outside the US, you may be charged customs fees, which we are not responsible for.
Exchange Policy
- We're sorry to hear that your piece is not the right fit, but as long as it has not been worn or damaged, you are able to exchange it for a different size, design or even a store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the pieces in their original packaging with tracking to our address, as well as the shipping for the new replacement item.
- We do not accept responsibility for items shipped in the process of being exchanged.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Policy
- We guarantee our pieces 100%.
- Due to our pieces being handcrafted to order, we have a very limited return policy.
- If you would like to return a piece, please contact us at hiddengemjeweler@gmail.com and let us know why, and send it back with tracked mail within 7 days of receiving it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please ensure that the piece is unworn and all packaging is in perfect condition.
- We do not accept responsibility for items shipped in the process of being returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You will receive online credit or a store credit for any returns.
- Sale items are final sale.
- Customized pieces cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet any of our return policy conditions.
Repairs
- Repairs are subject to a base repair fee of $100, unless quoted otherwise. Please note that chain breaks / anklet breaks are not considered to be defective product. Shipping fees are not included in the repair fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
