Crafting & Production

This piece is crafted to order in your selected size and stone.

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.

Each piece is made intentionally and finished with care before leaving our studio.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Orders are securely packaged and shipped via insured delivery.

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your piece leaves our studio.

Returns & Support

Because each piece is crafted to order in your selected size and materials, we do not accept returns on sized or custom items.

If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Materials & Authenticity

We work with gold filled, platinum, and solid gold, lab-grown and natural diamonds, and ethically sourced gemstones.

Diamond quality: VS1 or better, G+ color unless otherwise noted.

Some diamonds over 1 carat include IGI or GIA certification.
