The lighting bolt is what epilepsy looks like from the outside. It is also what the people living with it are. Fast, electric, stronger than anyone expects.
This bracelet is a gold filled paperclip chain with a sterling silver pave lightning charm. Two metals that work together without trying too hard. Wears clean every day and holds up.
Every piece sold puts one Brave Bear into the hands of a child at UChicago Medicine's epilepsy program.
Gold filled is not plating. It is a thick layer of real gold bonded under heat and pressure to a base metal core. Far more durable than standard plating and built to last years with normal wear.
As with all jewelry to keep it looking its best: avoid prolonged water exposure, chemicals, and hard impacts.

This piece is crafted to order in your selected size and stone.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.
Each piece is made intentionally and finished with care before leaving our studio.

Materials & Authenticity
We work with gold filled, platinum, and solid gold, lab-grown and natural diamonds, and ethically sourced gemstones.
Diamond quality: VS1 or better, G+ color unless otherwise noted.
Some diamonds over 1 carat include IGI or GIA certification.
